DRK Resources Tech Welcomes Frank Pustek New Senior Extended Warranty Business and IT Consultant

April 30, 2021, St John, IN - DRK Resources Tech LLC is proud to announce a new Senior Extended Warranty Business and IT Consultant  Francis  "Frank" Pustek“ and is a graduate of Purdue University where he studied CIS and finance. He has over thirty years of experience with over twenty years specializing in the extended warranty business. Frank has held numerous roles within the extended warranty business including programmer, IT Project Manager, Director of IT, and Business Analyst. His experience includes Mechanical Repair Extended Warranty business, Brown and White Extended Warranty business, Home Extended Warranty business, and Specialty Extended Warranty business. He is also familiar with the claims adjudication process, earnings calculations, reinsurance, and loss ratio reporting. During Frank’s numerous years working in the extended warranty business, he has frequently help to analyze how the book is performing and doing presentations to the clients.

Frank has experience with both domestic and international extended warranty business while working with underwriters and actuaries. His most recent work is with Tableau to develop visualizations to be used to analyze the books of business.
